Learner Refund & Activity Cancellation Policy
Learner Refund: Cancellation requests for DFU 2026 must be received by the UT San Antonio Office of CME by email only by November 5, 2026 at 12:00 pm CT for a refund. A refund less $50 USD cancellation fee will be applied if cancelled by November 5, 2026. Positively no refund for cancellations after November 5, 2026. In the event of course cancellation by conference organizers, all registration fees will be fully refunded. UT San Antonio Office of CME will not refund any travel costs incurred.
Activity Cancellation: The UT San Antonio Office of CME reserves the right to cancel all or portions of DFU 2026 if minimum registration targets are not met. If DFU 2026 is cancelled, registrants will be notified seven (7) working days prior to the symposium and a full refund will be issued.
